Shipping Policy

At Mindful + Rooted, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you if issues arise.

Return Policy

All items from Mindful + Rooted are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
